Description: Syndikut 5 Five Star Rating php script is a unique multiple rating system using a flat file database so NO SQL Required! Whether you have a software program, mp3, or just want people to rate a tutorial on your site. The uses for FSR are endless! FSR only allows a visitor to rate once preventing misuse.
